As well integrated into the stainless steel furniture  body is the measuring station with a touchless LASER measuring technology of length, width and height of the concrete cube with a side-length of 150 or 200 mm and concrete cylinder of max. 200 mm of diameter. A prismatic steady stand is mounted, to place the sample exactly into the measuring position. Measuring accuracy is 0,05 mm. The LASER system controls a range of appr. 20 mm upwards and downwards from the middle of the sample's mantle-line. By this system measuring mistakes are eliminated which may be caused by irregular edges of the sample. Automatic compensation of an eventual sample conicity is integrated into the software.
